Refunds

Certification refunds

1. A 1-for-1 student swap request can be made at any time.
2. Full refund requests cannot be made within 30 days prior to the course date.
3. Transfer requests cannot be made within 2 weeks prior to the course date. If it’s within the 2-week timeframe, only 1-for-1 swaps will be allowed.
4. A transfer will have a Coupon Code issued (valid for one-time use). The coupon will be $25 less than the original cost of the course.  This Coupon Code will be valid for one year from the date of the original session. This code can be used for any employee of that company for any future certification course.  The purchaser will have to pay any difference between the cost of the course and the coupon code.
5. There will be a $25.00 service fee for refunds or transferring Saturday Certification Sessions. Weekday Certification Sessions will incur a $50 service fee. If a workbook was issued, that cost will also be assessed as workbooks are not returnable.

Event refunds

There are no refunds for events. The registration can be transferred to another person for that event only.
